Kibbutz

Kibbutz | Samuel Bickels | 1940's
Certain difficulties arise because of the aspiration for egalitarianism, that is, the creation of equal living conditions for all the members, by all of the criteria, such as the orientation of the buildings, their area, the sense of space they offer, and their relation to the garden surroundings. It is clear that this basic law causes planning difficulties when we have objective non-egalitarian conditions such as topography and climate. Likewise when subjective factors such as emotions have to be taken into account.
